Dr Katy Stillwell

As a Clinical Psychologist I have worked therapeutically within the NHS and privately for over 10 years, specialising in working with children, young adults and their families, including those with neurodevelopmental difficulties such as Autism and ADHD. I am passionate about providing a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore and better understand difficulty and collaboratively work towards therapeutic goals.

I offer individual therapy and often work systemically with family members where appropriate. I am trained in many therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Narrative and Trauma focused CBT. I enjoy working integratively, using the approach and strategies that best fit for the client and their difficulties.

I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council, which is the governing body for Clinical Psychologists in the UK. My registration number is PYL33507.
