Our associates are often clinicians who work for the NHS for the majority of the week but also want the flexibility and variety that private work offers. They are self-employed for their private work and benefit from working under an established team and the referral stream this brings.

Little Bird Psychology screen all incoming referrals and offer you suitable cases based on your availability and interests or specialisms. All invoicing is managed by the Little Bird Psychology team and associates produce a bill each month detailing the number of sessions they have completed, which is then paid promptly by bank transfer.

Little Bird Psychology provides an email address, access to online recording system and letter templates.

As an associate with Little Bird Psychology, you do not need to do the legwork of setting up a business, building a website, developing referral streams or managing invoicing. You are instead free to focus on your clinical work which offers additional variety to NHS work.
